There have been recent changes in eligibility criteria for NILS applications commencing from the 1st April 2025:

Housing tenure : you must be able to prove your housing tenure - minimum 3 months tenure
Rent/Bond all forms : not eligible for NILS
Bills (utilities) : not eligible
Relocation expenses (including storage fees) : not eligible
Mobile Phones/Tablets : maximum $1000
